Registration

• To attend the KOD Pre-Conference, you must have paid your 2010 dues.
• Registrations will only be accepted through the KOD website.
• Only a fully completed registration form will be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Confirmation for ALL reservations will ONLY be sent via email. Please be patient if you do not receive your confirmation right away. Keep a copy of your confirmation and payment and bring them with you to the Conference.
• All registrations will be sent online. You have the option to pay online with PayPal or send a check within two weeks of submitting your registration to Linda Burke, Registrar.
• If you pay by check, make it payable to MRSRWA. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank. Only members outside the U.S. can send money orders. Send it to:

Registration Dates and Deadlines

• Registration closes at midnight, the morning of June 1. (With the exception of registration for the Death by Chocolate Party for Pubbed Finalists only. They have until June 15 to register for that event.)
• Until April 1, only KOD members can register for the Tour. Non-KOD members may register for the Tour if any places are available after April 1.
• KOD members may not sign up guests for the Tour until after April 1. If you are a KOD member and you wish to bring a guest, register yourself now. After April 1, you may register the guest(s), if places are still available.

Registration Process: Fill in the information below. The form will allow you to calculate a total price for your package. When you submit the form online, you will be allowed to pay for this via PayPal or with a check sent through the U.S. Mail (which must clear our KOD bank within two weeks of your registration date in order to hold a spot for you). You will be taken to a link where you can download the registration form for your records. Bring a copy of the form with you to Nashville to assist the event planners should questions arise about your registration.
