For 30 years Lucinda Schroeder worked as a federal agent for the Department of the Interior. She was the first female agent to conduct undercover operations in her agency and continued to do so until she retired in 2004. Schroeder teaches undercover classes to police departments and federal agents through a program called "Bullet Proof Covert Identities." She is the author of "A Hunt for Justice" (Lyons Press) which is based on one of her cases where she infiltrated an illegal big game hunting camp in Alaska and took it down.
